One of my favorite movies - with a life msg.

The most important message I ever recieved from any given movie is the part in this movie Antz, (not viewed here in the trailer I have attached) was how insignificant we are in the world as one..... but that together we can build anything, conquer much, triumph together, live, love, and yes sometimes begin the climb "up off the couch".

The very beginning scene is a therapist with "Z" (the name of the ant: main) which begins the movie. This, in my opinion is the best msg. in relation to what happens from start to finish.

To realize this we too much like anyone, or anything in the world must "be the ball". (be a help and gain help to succeed).

I too am insignificant in the whole scheme of things, but together with my man I feel good, or with my children I feel alive, or with my dog I feel at peace, with my grandchildren I feel harmony, with my daughters I feel joy, and my sons I feel wonder and amusment.

In the end when the floor falls out a hand reaches down and pulls Z out.
